Usually it's better when people just leave the nicer stuff to the side of the dumpster or garbage can in case someone does want to make use of it. You see that a lot around here. When we lived in Loma Linda there was a guy that came to the dumpster and rummaged for hours in the early morning. I loaned him a wrench and I never got it back; I don't believe he was mentally all there but we lived in the ghetto then. While at the same time we loved it and I felt safe there. When Mar and I first married, I would walk up to BYU and there was a old guy with a cane almost every morning tilted over the neighboring apts garbage cans. Peope try to survive although not the cleanest way, nor the most legal method. I think you do to.
